Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately upon receiving the parcel.
To help us process your request, please provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue as proof.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange one of the following within 7 days:
• A refund, or
• A replacement shipment (subject to product availability)
Important Notes
• Claims must be made as soon as the item is received.
• We are unable to process refunds or replacements without valid photo or video proof.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items are not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as:

• Personal preference
• Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings
